We are pleased to announce that Patricia O’Connor will be our guest speaker at our Annual Client Meeting to be held at the Montshire Museum in Norwich, VT.  Pat is a nurse practitioner board certified in hospice and palliative medicine and adult medicine, and author of the book “Navigating Life’s Final Journey”.

Some of you may remember Pat from our workshop earlier this year, and we received such wonderful feedback and requests for more information.  We are delighted to have Pat back and for you to join us.
