Ryan serves as the Assistant Director of Operations at Legacy Counsellors, where he works closely with the firm’s leadership to support day-to-day operations and drive organizational success. His responsibilities include project management, cash flow management, coordinating with firm managers, collaborating with the Managing Attorney on staff management, and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency and client service.
Ryan studied at the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, where he developed a strong foundation in leadership, operations, and organizational management. He brings a thoughtful, solutions-focused approach to supporting the firm’s continued growth and commitment to exceptional client care.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys staying active through soccer, sailing, and tennis, as well as traveling to new places. He also enjoys spending time with his dog, Lucy Rae, a German Shepherd and Golden Retriever mix. Ryan is a Patient Services Volunteer at Dartmouth Health, where he enjoys giving back to his local community.
