Senior Wellness with Amy Fortier

Come and join Master Trainer and Group Exercise Coordinator, Amy Fortier who will be shaking things up to get your body moving and feeling good. She will feature simple drills and gentle movement exercises that you can use to quickly improve your balance, posture, and even alleviate pain. She’ll discuss how to use vision training, sensory stimulation, and basic joint mobility to retrain your brain’s perception of the world and how you move (or even just stand) through it. If you choose to participate in the movements during the session, you will need just enough space to stand and extend your arms.
