Your Options, Your Autonomy at End of Life:  A discussion about medical aid in dying presented by Patient Choices Vermont (PCV).  This life-affirming and empowering discussion will include personal experiences with making choices when approaching the end of life.  It will include how medical aid in dying works and how it fits into the continuum of care that an individual may choose.  There will be opportunities to share stories, ask questions and learn more about how to discuss your values and preferences with your doctor, your family and others who may be involved in your care.  The PCV team brings twenty years of experience working on policy and practice surrounding end-of-life choices.
