The Dartmouth Memory Handbook

The 5th Edition of the Dartmouth Memory Handbook edited by Robert B. Santulli, M.D, an associate professor of psychiatry at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. Caldwell Law is pleased to announce the Handbook in its digital form is available here. The Handbook is full of helpful chapters on various aspects of Alzheimer’s disease, including one written by Tim Caldwell and Renee Harvey.

The fundamental purpose of this foundation is to improve the well-being of every community it serves. Many community foundations are dedicated to a city or county. This foundation has a statewide span and was one of the first to develop a regional structure. Palliative Care at Dartmouth

Palliative care is an interdisciplinary specialty that focuses on improving comfort and quality of life for patients and families experiencing a life-threatening illness such as cancer; heart, lung and kidney disease; Alzheimer's Disease and other forms of dementia; and neurological diseases. Palliative care addresses physical, spiritual, emotional, and social aspects of life. Ira Byock, MD, Director, was the featured speaker at Caldwell’s Annual Client Meeting in 2006.

This group offers services for everyone who wants to make a difference. This is Vermont’s largest homegrown grantmaker. Its family of over 570 funds provides more than $10 million in grants per year. Thy also help keep Vermont's nonprofit community vital by offering endowment management and planned giving services, as well as providing other helpful resources.
 

Visiting Nurse & Hospice of Vermont-New Hampshire

This is a non-profit organization committed to providing quality home health care and support services to individuals and families and community education and wellness programs to individuals and families. Serving nearly 100 towns in Vermont and New Hampshire and covering 3,300 square miles along the Connecticut River Valley, the VNAH cares for about 6,000 people, making 150,000 home visits a year. Tim Caldwell served on the board.
